Terra Marketing Group To Work With The Edmonton Christmas Bureau

(1888PressRelease) Terra Marketing Group is excited to deliver 15 hampers to less fortunate families in the Edmonton community. These hampers will provide all the ingredients needed for a traditional Christmas dinner for those who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford it.

Internet marketing company, Terra Marketing Group, announced today that they will provide full Christmas dinners to 15 large Edmonton families facing poverty though The Christmas Bureau non-profit organization.

"We believe in the spirit of Christmas," Jennifer, a company spokesman said. "We would not feel right if we ate a traditional meal with our families on Christmas Day while knowing that there were other families that we could have helped who are going hungry."

Terra Marketing Group is an online company that seeks to make money by exploiting niche marketplaces. They look to see where new products and services are emerging, figure out how to improve what is available, and then eventually dominate the marketplace. As part of their business mission, they then use a part of their profits to support reputable nonprofit organizations through donations of time, money or both.

"There is no point in making money just for the sake of making money," Jennifer said. "We intend to use our success to help make the world a better place for everyone. Working with The Christmas Bureau to help needy families is just one of our ongoing charitable efforts."

On Christmas morning, the CEO of Terra Marketing group and one of his co-workers will personally deliver food hampers to the 15 families. Each family has roughly seven members in it, the company said. The food hampers contain everything needed for a traditional Christmas dinner including turkey, ham, vegetables, potatoes, cranberry sauce, soup, coffee, peanut butter, cookies, candy, marmalade, stuffing and butter.

The Christmas Bureau is one of Edmonton's longest running charitable organizations. It will select the families who need help to put Christmas dinner on their table. The names of the families are kept confidential.

"We believe that Christmas should be a time when people do not want for anything," Jennifer said. "We are very excited to do what we can to make Christmas happen for everyone. Nobody should have to feel poor or hungry on Christmas Day."

Terra Marketing Group is also supporting Santas Anonymous this year, in which they dropped off hundreds of toys to be wrapped and given to children from at-risk families who might not have any Christmas presents at all otherwise.

Terra Marketing Group Working With The Edmonton Christmas Bureau

Terra Marketing Group, a growing Edmonton based Internet marketing firm, is working with The Christmas Bureau to provide food hampers to 15 large Edmonton families so they can feast on the holiday.

Company officials said they were proud to work with The Christmas Bureau, because it is one of the longest running and most respected nonprofit institutions in Edmonton.

They truly understand the effects of poverty at the local level, a company official said. They know who really needs help and how to help provide for them.

The company CEO and one of his coworkers will be personally be delivering the hampers on Christmas morning. The families each of which has roughly seven members will be selected by the staff of the Christmas Bureau.

We strongly believe that people have a right to have a traditional Christmas dinner, he said. And we believe that those of us who can afford to do so are obligated to help them when we can.

The food hampers contain everything needed for a traditional Christmas dinner including turkey, ham, vegetables, potatoes, cranberry sauce, soup, coffee, peanut butter, cookies, candy, marmalade, stuffing and butter.

Terra Marketing Group is an online firm that targets emerging niche marketplaces on the Internet. When they see a developing market, they evaluate the existing products and services, find ways to improve them and then seek to eventually dominate that particular marketplace.

Then, they set aside a certain amount of their profits for global charities including Samaritan's Purse and Kiva, and then volunteer their time for local organizations including The Mustard Seed food bank or Santas Anonymous.

We believe in being responsible corporate citizens and good neighbors to the people in the Edmonton community, the company official said. We don't want to have to think that there are people we could have helped who will go hungry on Christmas.

Terra Marketing Group has also purchased hundreds of games and toys that they will donate to Santas Anonymous to be given out on Christmas Eve to families who cannot afford to buy presents for their children.

We believe in the spirit of Christmas and want to make sure that children and families have a great traditional holiday, he said.

This is the first in a series of local hikes, in a tribute to Mr. John W. Robinson. He is a man who, while working as a teacher locally, hiked, researched and shared all he learned with us. He has books that tell all there is to know and find wonderful places long forgotten. In all, he spent over thirty years researching and detailing maps and logs on these places. Tracking down and talking to the last of the actual people who worked these mines, drove these roads, mined these rivers, or the next of ken who had the photo albums and stories we have all read. In all, he did what few others, "if any", have ever done, giving us the opportunity to see into the past and walk the same trails native Americans, miners, ranchers, cattle rustlers, bandit's and he himself once walked. To visit places once popular either for the gold they found, bear and deer they once hunted or the hundreds of places that once existed in the San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountains. I, myself have traveled over 75% of the San Gabriel mountain trails he has mapped and could NOT have done it, nor enjoyed it more without Mr. Robinson's work! I have barely scratched the surface of his other set of trails, the San Bernardino mountains and the first one, I was lost for half a day. But, fun and adventure are there for those willing to put in the reading AND the foot work. I have always wanted to hear this man speak of his life and or meet him and if anyone, or 'you yourself", Mr. John W. Robinson, happen ...

Dr. James R. White gives a sermon on Hebrews 8:1-6: 1 Now the point in what we are saying is this: we have such a high priest, one who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven, 2 a minister in the holy places, in the true tent that the Lord set up, not man. 3 For every high priest is appointed to offer gifts and sacrifices; thus it is necessary for this priest also to have something to offer. 4 Now if he were on earth, he would not be a priest at all, since there are priests who offer gifts according to the law. 5 They serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly things. For when Moses was about to erect the tent, he was instructed by God, saying, "See that you make everything according to the pattern that was shown you on the mountain." 6 But as it is, Christ has obtained a ministry that is as much more excellent than the old as the covenant he mediates is better, since it is enacted on better promises. All scriptural references added by me. Now we are ready for Bible study! Check out Dr. White's youtube channel at www.youtube.com The full sermon can be viewed here: www.youtube.com Please support Biblical Christianity and Dr. White's ministry at www.aomin.org This is my first video so please have patience. Thanks for watching. SOLI DEO GLORIA!
