Wainwright Fells Wild Camp on Eel Crag, Lake District, Cumbria

A short walk from Braithwaite to Eel Crag, where we wild camped for the night. The weather was lovely, giving us a nice sunset. The following day was bad weather, thick clag until we got down into the valley. Wainwright Fells Lake District - Wild Camp at Dale Head

The first leg of my three day trip. Starting at the foot of Catbells, walking over Catbells to Maiden Moor and High Spy. From High Spy I decended to Dale Head Tarn then back up to Dale Head itself, where I spent the night admiring the glorious sunset and sunrise. The tent used is a Terra Nova Laser Competition.
