Pyramid tent set up +.mp4

Personally I only like small pyramid tents in theory but not in practice. The reason is that unless you have a 6 man plus they are very space inefficient. Often I see what I deem to be a wrong set-up and that is when the walls are concave tipi (tepee) style . It can work well in high winds but it does rob you of internal usable space and it will cause the walls to cave in further very quickly under even moderate snow falls. For 5 and 6 sided shelters you start also by making sure that if you could take an aerial shot (above head shot) you would see a perfectly formed 5 or 6 sided shape. So make sure that you do not pull out one or more sides more than the others . Franco
