Lamanche Settlement

Lamanche Settlement was a fishing settlement established in 1840 with a population of about 50 people haas been abandoned for years now, but it has now become part of the east coast trail. We decide that it was the most hosptiable spot to set up a couple of tents and stay the night. We have some great weather the first day and an awesome evening for a fire and some laughs. No gear covered in this video just a trip in the woods for some time away from the city life. We load up our packs with some extra weight to simulate what we would be carrying for the Terra Nova trip and try our tents out for the 2nd time. Come across and Osprey which we thought was a hawk or and eagle. Was a comfortable night and we slept well until the rain started which you will see and hear about in part 2. Stay tuned for more.
